Can i drink Non alcoholic beer like odouls during my pregnancy...?

Zelma Casebier: Good for you for recognizing the dangers of fetal alcohol syndrome. Yes, O'Doul's is okay as it is a non-alcoholic beverage. Wine isn't great though as it does contain alcohol. Whoever told you wine was okay was working from very old information which has now been proven incorrect.

Marna Liddie: i had a couple of non alcoholic becks (lager) but was later told that it holds alot of caffeine which is no good for your unborn baby, but honestly my baby was born three weeks ago yesterday weithing 9lbs and totally healthy and not showing any problems with caffeine addiction, i wouldnt have too many though, although once you have had a couple of these drinks yo will probably feel tired like real beer does to you and have had enough, enjoy what yo have and dont take too uch notice of what you read.! god luck with your pregnancy. xxx...Show more
