answers1: RE: What careers involve beauty and makeup and skin care? I
just discovered there are skin care specialists. I want that to be my
job. As well as writing a book. It makes sense, to me, anyway. I love
makeup and beauty and stuff, I'm always looking for new skin care
treatments (Tip: Take a squirt bottle of green tea, spray your face
when you when up...
answers2: try using skin lightening products because the process
involves skin peeling.. the topmost dull and dark skin layers will be
exfoliated/peeld off to reveal a lighter skin tone.. <br>
<br>
as long as you protect your skin with a high spf sunscreen while in
the skin lightening process, you're good. <br>
<br>
i've done it too.

GUYS do u prefer girls no makeup or makeup?

answers1: I prefer women that wear as little make up as possible.
answers2: Maybe a little makeup but DON'T go over bored its a major
turn off and makes you look like a slut <br>
Just be yourself with maybe a little natural color makeup
answers3: i like those girls without any artificial beauty.. i.e..
Without any make up.. Its the real beauty
answers4: make-up so you look as good as possible.. but the type of
make-up that isn't noticeable that you are actually wearing it :p
answers5: No makeup, especially lip gloss. When I kiss a girl with lip
gloss on I feel weird after.
answers6: VERY LITTLE!!! they hate makeup espically thick lip gloss or
lipstick that rubs off when they kiss you. in general its best to go
natural or at least look like you are ;)
answers7: I'm on my girlfriends account...okay soo...us guys like it
when a girl where's little makeup to enhance her feautures. No blue
eyeshadow, red lipstick. I love it when a girl has long eyelashes and
apples mascara lightly. A light lipgloss is pretty too but NOT TOO
MUCH PLEASE! Oh and we also HATE raccoon eyes. So keep the makeup to
the minimum! Natural beauty is key! And a little foundation that
matches ur skin tone is good too but it should be barely noticeable
and applied lightly and blended!
answers8: They like women that wear natural make up
answers9: Little to no make-up, it shows a womans true beauty!
answers10: every guy is different. <br>
Some guys like those girls with lots of make-up on. Some like the
natural ones. <br>
Depends who your pointing at here, like age groups? Teenage boys say
13-17, like girls with lots of make-up.. <br>
And like 40 year olds like all natural

Anybody use NYX makeup?

answers1: i have one of their 10 eyeshadow palettes and I love it.
answers2: it is very good quality. i use mostly high end makeup and
this is the quality of that makeup without the price.
answers3: I like NYCs mascaras.. but my friends don't.. I guess it all
kinda depends on what look you're going for. But the mascara lasts
pretty long, lip gloss is good too!
answers4: i have the nyx mega lip glosses some of there round
lipsticks and some of the jumbo eye pencils for eye shaodw bases those
are the only good things from that make up brand in my book.
answers5: indexed right here are some decrease priced makeups, yet I
dont understand no count if or no longer they're available in those
shops or no longer, cs I dont stay everywhere close to those shops :p
sorry. Maybelline - they have super blushes, (the dream bouncy blush -
i think of), the colour is extremely buildable, could be utilized
employing hands, texture is stable. NYX - their powder blush (won't
have the ability to be utilized employing hands), mega shine lipgloss,
lipstick, and bronzers are super. NYX is decrease priced yet provides
super high quality of makeup. they have super brushes too. makeup
experts on youtube which contain Elle & Blair Folwer use NYX. L'Oreal
- their eyeliner and mascara is incredibly super. Their 'authentic
experience Powder' is staggering. Revlon - eyeliner, lip butter,
commencing place, concealers are incredibly super :)

why does makeup appeal to women?

answers1: Because most females are, in a way, vain and conscious about
their looks. Makeup helps women feel better about themselves and their
outward appearance. <br>
In response to your question regarding how to persuade women to
purchase makeup: <br>
Usually, new, interesting concepts of makeup goes a long way with
women and their beauty products. Cleansing hair conditioners, clear
foundation, makeup with multiple uses (such as NARS The Multiple), and
foundation in an airbrush bottle are only a few examples of modern-day
innovative makeup. Prices matter too, but newer concepts matter much
more.
answers2: Most people want makeup because they think they will look
better, and personally (i wear makeup) i think it does help your
appearance. Women and men buy makeup because commercials use all the
prettiest models, and even touch them up on their computers, so people
think that they will look like that, even though in reality, nobody
ever will. Hope i helped :D

makeup makeup makeup !!!?

answers1: Go to a Sephora in like your mall. <br>
Almost every mall has one. <br>
And ask a consultant. <br>
They can help you find your perfect makeup. <br>
Because maybe perfect makeup for someone else, will be horrible for you.
answers2: I order all my makeup, skin care ( face products, lotions,
body scrubs, body washes, make up removers) and perfumes from
yvesrocherusa.com. They are all natural, not tested on animals, and
take really take simple botanical ingredients and turn it into
wonderful products! They are always having some sort of sale and
always send free gifts or samples with each purchase too! I have been
using this brand for two years now and love it.
answers3: Um...You should definitely go to Claire's, Hot Topic, or
Rite Aid. Hot Topic has eye shadow, eye liner, and a lot more!
Claire's has, like, eye shadow, lip gloss, and more! Rite Aid has lip
balm, eye shadow, hair bands, lip stick, eye liner, blush, cover-up,
lip liner, and even more! I bought everyone of them, I swear, one of
every kind, and everybody said that I looked so fine!
answers4: Hmm it depends on your skin type and what kind of coverage
you're looking for... if you want sheer coverage opt for a nice tinted
moisturizer or a very light foundation such as Cargo's oil free
foundation (the one in a pouch). I just bought it and I really like
how it's nice and light, but maybe just a little too sheer for the
areas on my face where I have imperfections, so I use concealer
underneath (Shiseido liquid concealer). Clinique Perfectly Real makeup
is also a good option because it has medium coverage that lets your
real skin shine through and it does not make you look overly made up.
<br>
<br>
Mineral makeup is also a great option if you you want something quick
that has great coverage and doesn't feel very heavy. While many people
love Bare Escentuals Bareminerals makeup (from Sephora), I didn't like
it because it was too obvious on my skin and it had some preservatives
in it which might not be good for sensitive skin. But you might find
that you like it... other mineral makeup foundations are Bella Pierre
mineral makeup (not sure if it's sold in the US, but in Canada and the
UK it can be found at mall kiosks). <br>
<br>
Also, if you're really unsure of what you are looking for it would be
a good idea to go to Sephora or a department or drug store to ask
someone to help you find a good foundation. Make sure that you are
comfortable with how it looks on you, and don't let a salesperson
pressure you into buying something if you're not very sure about it.
answers5: get a makeup kit

My hair is frizzy?

answers1: Humectress Conditioner <br>
A Reconstructor like Joico or Ion <br>
Non frizz balm by Ion or John Frieda. I heard "Zero Free" <br>
products are awesome <br>
Oil Sheen Hair Spray - put small amount in palm of hands and then
place throughout <br>
No-Frizz hairspray - John Frieda - and I hear SunSilk is good <br>
<br>
A professional relaxer (done at a salon) did wonders for someone I know
answers2: straight iron . oh , and use Garnier hair prouducts , they
dont let your hair frizz !
answers3: get a product that will make it less frizzy. I have the
same problem and what I use is a product called super skinny you can
get it at any of your local hair salons or at a grocery store. I'ts
kind of expensive but it's worth it :D
answers4: Buy any John Freda Frizz Eaze product. Try the serum first,
I found it was really good. The heat these days doesn't help though
eh? So hot out lol!
answers5: Apply aloe vera juice on wet hair then rinse off about 10
mins later.If you mind the smell, olive oil is good too.
answers6: Get a frizz ease product, or get a thing called "silk
drops," or your last result, hot oil.
answers7: Paul Mitchell serum. use it on curly or straight hair and
before u apply heat to the hair. easy on the flat irons also
answers8: Wash your hair with cold water, avoid using the hot heat on
your blow dryer (try cool instead), and use the anti-frizz serums.
answers9: I use Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Anti-Frizz Serum. I do
a review on it. If you're interested, go check it out on my website.
answers10: M-L-E is right ! Try Paul Mitchells super skinny serum! It
works so good and smells like apples! YUm!! Also try deep conditioning
once a week for 15mins! good luck :)
answers11: the john frieda frizz-ease line. this is an amazing line of
products! i use "downplay," which reduces excess volume and gets rid
of frizz, and "dream curls," since i have curly hair. it is
amazing!!!! <br>
<br>
also, cut back on shampoo use. it drains moisture from your hair. i
know it sounds weird but try only using shampoo a couple of times a
week. if you have an oily scalp. you can use it a little more often,
but don't go overboard!

Do hair vitamins make hair grow?

answers1: yes, some vitamins help to grow hair.
answers2: Yes It helps in hair growth quickly.
answers3: yes they do help you grow your hair. It is actually Hair
Skin and Nails Vitamins by ItWorks that allows my hair to be the
fullest and the longest as it as ever been. The best thing about it is
that I have been using them for only a month and a half. I've always
been stuck to a certain hair length. Not anymore :) If you're
interested contact me - judy.offrey@yahoo.ca
answers4: Yes they keep hair strong smd promotes growth and helps hair
from falling out.
answers5: Yes Hairfintiy does
answers6: Depending
answers7: Yes. Supplements like silica have been shown in double-blind
clinical trails (real science, not pseudoscience) to increase hair
growth rates, and increase the hair per cubic inch on the scalp. You
can get supplements with silica, however, the studies had the people
take silica tablets three times a day with meals. Normal supplements
will only "increase" the growth rate of your hair if it was hindered
in the first place by malnutrition. Taking supplements like
multivitamins only really helps your body achieve it's prime growth
rate that it is capable of when it's healthiest, slow hair growth
rates are seen when your body's prime rate is slowed. (Search for
silica study on PubMed) <br>
<br>
Silica, and the hot oil hair inversion technique are the only things
I've seen statistically work in making your hair grow faster than it's
optimum growth rate. The latter sounds a bit hippy'ish, and I had
brushed it off as hokum before. However, the results are the results,
and it seems to work. I guess that the stimulation from the massage +
inversion, and the added conditioning from the oils helps your hair
grow faster. <br>
<br>
The other thing I can advise, is to stop using normal shampoo on your
hair. Normal shampoo destroys your hair. You can buy cream rinses like
Wen, but Herbal Essences sells a cream conditioner in their new naked
line. There are also a bunch of different versions you can buy from
Sally's hair care. Getting rid of the shampoo will help reduce your
hair breakage, and drying which will allow you to grow + keep your
longer hair strands.
answers8: Yes It helps in hair growth
answers9: Accept yourself as you are. Why take anything created by
humans to destroy or add to what you already have? <br>
<br>
People always find a "con" for the things they do and regret it later.
Take for example plastic surgeries. Thats self explanatory. <br>
<br>
Let your hair grow naturally and try to maintain the texture to avoid breakage.
answers10: Not all vitamins make your hair grow. You want to look for
vitamins/pills that will help increase your keratin production because
that is the basic unit of the hair. Be careful not to take too much
because keratin is also released through skin and nails so when
increasing keratin production make sure you keep your pores clean and
unclogged.

How can I prevent staticky hair?

answers1: Yes when you have staticky hair go get your brush wet it a
little and brush your hair if it is still staticky put more water on
there.
answers2: i have long hair that gets REALLY staticky especially in the
winter and i found that the best thing to to is either use liquid
fabric softener as conditioner, or run a fabric softner sheet through
your hair when its dry (both work, but depending on the liquid it
might leave your hair looking and feeling greasy so test it out when
you dont have to go any where sometime)
answers3: I don't know if you're old enough to remember this, but
years ago gasoline and oil trucks used to drag a short chain behind
them to discharge any static electricity before it could build up to a
level that might cause a spark and a fire. <br>
<br>
You should do likewise. Go to the hardware store and ask for a length
of medium chain. Get it long enough so that it just drags along the
floor as you walk. That should keep you electrically neutral and your
"staticky hair" problems will be "all behind you".
answers4: ok so for an answer that doesn't consist of the dryer sheet
theory, you can try 2 lil things i've learned to use always
considering i have the same problem. my hair is very long and has a
lot of natural oils therefore there are lots of treatments that will
weigh my hair down. so in the morning when i'm washing my hair close
to the end of my shower i apply a nickel size amount of Dove
weightless moisturizer conditioner only to the end of my hair then i
rinse most of it out after letting it sit for a minute (but not all of
it, you'll still want it to be a tid bit slick). after doing my normal
style regime i use TRESemme anti-frizz secret smoothing creme in the
ultra light formula. i use about a dime size amount in my palms then
rub em together flip my hair over and run it along the backside of my
hairs. after you finishede styling try to keep from brushing a lot,
this my cause my static and flyaways. goodluck!
answers5: Static hair can be a big problem during the winter when the
cold, dry air dehydrates hair. Here are some ways to calm those
electric locks. <br>
Instructions <br>
STEP 1: Deep-condition your hair regularly. (See Related eHow "How to
Deep-Condition Hair".) Properly moisturized hair is less likely to be
affected by static. STEP 2: Use a "leave-in" conditioner on your hair
after you wash it, or apply conditioning hair gel. These products help
to weigh the hair down. STEP 3: Spray your hairbrush or comb with an
anti-static spray before you run it through your hair. STEP 4: Keep a
fabric softener sheet handy and run it over your hair when it starts
to get out of control. Carry it in your purse so you can use it
several times during the day if necessary. STEP 5: Avoid hair products
that include ingredients that will dry out your hair, such as alcohol
or harsh chemicals such as sodium lauryl sulfates. Overall Tips &
Warnings <br>
Spraying an anti-static product into hats and hoods will reduce with
flyaway hair. <br>
Using a wooden comb or brush helps reduce static electricity.
answers6: Static guard on your hair brush, spray water in your hair,
or rub it with a dryer sheet, use hair serum, and avoid metal bristled
brushes. <br>
<br>
Prevention: <br>
Look into the clothes you wear, it is most likely the culprit. For
instance, I had a nice wool scarf that was making my hair staticky, I
rubbed it with a dryer sheet and haven't had a problem since.
answers7: This actually works, crazy as it sounds. Take a dryer sheet
and rub your hair with it. Not only does it work for clothes static,
but hair static too.
answers8: use hair serum! its the best stuff I've ever used! <br>
<br>
put a couple of daps in your palm and worked it into your damp
hair....also try it in dry hair...it makes it glossy..... <br>
<br>
<br>
http://www.samysalon.com/samy_smooth.html
answers9: after i am all done with the flat iron, i take a very tiny
drop of my favorite scent of fabric softener and rub it into damp
palms, and smooth through my hair---no more static and my hair smells
great! you can also use a dryer sheet, or even rub the softener or
the sheet into your hairbrush. if you are using a hair dryer, apply
the softener to your towel dried hair--but not too much! just a dab!
also,they make special hair brushes and combs that eliminate static,
but i don't know who makes them. they are made of wood, the ones i am
thinking of.
answers10: For your hair, here a fly away and staticy mixture: 1/2 cup
of water 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon of lime juice Put in
spray bottle. Shake to mix. Spray onto hair to tame static. Store the
rest in your refrigerator. <br>
<br>
Spray a hairbrush with hair spray and brush your hair with it. Do this
after your hair is dry. You'll have no more static. <br>
<br>
Hair full of static electricity, try using conditioner in your hair
when you wash it. After washing with shampoo, then put conditioner in
and leave in about a minute then rinse out and style as usual! <br>
<br>
Dryer sheets work amazingly well on static-y hair. You just rub it
over your hair, and it is instantly tamed. And the best part is that
you can reuse the sheets!!!
answers11: taking good care of my hair is very important to me , so I
do have some good advise . but it is not for everyone . first of all
do not use crap in your hair , like hair spray or gel,or even moose. I
was a hairspray user all growing up and thought my hair wouldn't hold
with out it and one day I got sick of the smell and feel and my hair
stays curled just fine . don't use cheep products. smooth it out with
silk therapy from fantastic Sam's .use sun silk it is inexpensive ,not
cheep.both these products are GREAT and use a conair straightener any
other good straightener .use a tresemme conditioner with vitamin e ,
you can use alittle bit on your hair before you straighten it for
frizz control , and straighten your hair alittle damp , that way it
will steam it dry for a better look and its better for your hair
,happy styling

iPhone, iPod and iPad ACCESSORIES store?

answers1: Those accessories are widely available in big box and
electronic stores as well as online. I don't think a dedicated store
would work that well. It might if you had snazzy ads. <br>
<br>
Hey, maybe a cart in the mall would be a good test. The yuppies walk
the malls in their thousands. they all love apple.

Prom dress and accessories?

answers1: they did not wear high heel shoes like that. I think a low
heel white or off white pump. this is <br>
way before my time or low heel mary janes
answers2: Okay that dress is stunning. Gatsby or not. And I do think
it goes well with the theme, because like you said your not going to
go in like an actual 20's outfit. The bodice reminds me of Gatsby
flash and party. The shoes go well with the dress, but I could also
see a non sequined, more brassy gold color shoe, to go with the other
part of the top. But those are very pretty. I don't think you should
wear a neck accessory considering the glam of the top dress. Gold
earrings or bracelet maybe, nothing too bold so the dress can be the
main feature. Youre going to look amazing, have fun!
answers3: Hey Channa, <br>
<br>
I think that is a really cute dress. <br>
I thought about these accessories that are really affordable and
stunning can work perfectly with your outfit. <br>
http://www.pixiemarket.com/diamond-brooch-statement-necklace.html <br>
http://www.pixiemarket.com/gold-triangle-ring-set.html <br>
<br>
Good Luck!
answers4: Hey so I just ordered a dress from lovingdresses.com and it
actually just shipped but I've been reviewing a lot of sites online
and found out that a lot of people think lovingdresses.com isn't
reliable. <br>
<br>
I know this doesn't really relate to your question but I was wondering
if you had received your dress yet or have any input on this. <br>
<br>
Thanks!
answers5: wow first of all that dress is GORGEOUS!! screw the gatsby
theme that dress can be pulled off for anything and you'll be the
center of attention at prom!! :) <br>
<br>
as for the shoes, I think they're perfect for the dress because theyre
the right color and not too flashy and it compliments the dress
perfectly <br>
<br>
for accessories I think the model does it perfectly, make a couple of
thin gold bracelets and some dangle earrings but not too big, and
definitely not a necklace because it would take away from the bodice
of the dress <br>
<br>
the only thing I would suggest not doing is the red lips, although it
does go with the theme, it just doesn't really match the dress <br>
<br>
but all in all your choices are perfect!!! <br>
<br>
and you should also put your hair in soft waves to add to the theme!
hope this helped :-)

which is the top fashion design school in USA?

answers1: Oklahoma City University It's known for it's vocal and
musical theatre programs. Kristin Chenoweth went there, (Charlie
Brown, Wicked) and many other Broadway stars. Oddly enough, one of the
well-known vocal coaches there has a name that is similar to a bird,
like Florence something. You should google the school and check out
their web site. I've heard Syracuse has a good musical theatre program
(Vanessa Williams was an undergrad I think) but I certainly can't
recommend the weather. Keep in mind it's also about finding a school
that you personally like, and in a place you like. You can find tons
of top-notch vocal coaches in NY and LA without going for a full
degree---do what's best for you and I would recommend an agent so that
you're not stuck in the educational part of your vocal career for
forever as it's a business based largely on youth.
answers2: Pretty much any art school will do the trick. Good art
schools include: RISD, Massachusetts College of Arts, and California
College of the Arts. Parsons, in New York City, is very well-known
for its fashion design program. Also, the Fashion Institute of Design
and Merchandising is for that purpose. <br>
<br>
Good luck!
answers3: If you're English,please stay in England.

Is 2010 fashion different?

answers1: i for my section advise the informal Creamy Zara outfits
line and additionally their Neutrals as nicely. They flow nicely with
maximum of something. i could additionally advise chum of Mine
'different component of affection' series with the help of Akila
Berjaoui. He has a line it quite is extra attractive. in case you pick
to flow to events, or out eating, or clubbing, his stuff is genuinely
stable.
answers2: Well, it's always a little different I guess. How else would
the industry make money? :D Looking at the reports on Fashion Week for
Spring 2011, it seemed that a lot of designers were presenting
collections with somewhat longer skirts and a very feminine look. This
fall looks a little more preppy to me than last fall although some of
the neat colors (like purple, pumpkin, camel, etc.) were also big last
year.

Is foreign language required for a college degree/Is foreign language the best humanities class to take?

answers1: Foreign language isn't required for a college degree but it
is required to get in to a good college.
answers2: It's not required for a degree (unless you are majoring in
something like international business or the language itself), but it
can often fill a prerequisite. I have to take 2 semesters of Spanish
for general education requirements. So, I don't need it for my degree,
but I need it to graduate. I go to a liberal arts school, however...
<br>
<br>
I say go ahead and take Spanish unless you find a different humanities
course that sounds more interesting (look through your college's
course catalogue). I like learning Spanish personally. The reason why
I like it so much is because I *know* it will come in handy someday,
even just little phrases! Heck, in high school when I was a cashier, I
had to use Spanish twice.

I need help with my humanities homework. ?

answers1: You need to go to your local public library or school
library to do an article search. The librarian will be able to help
you. I have never seen anything to help do that sort of search on the
internet. In a traditional library you will be able to find what you
need very quickly!
answers2: Go to the library. That is the best place to find periodicals. <br>
<br>
EDIT: Okay, well, I doubt that as I am a library aide, but if the
librarian told you to search online, alright. Go to Google Scholar
and search there. I still believe that the best place to find a
periodical and cite it would be to look in the library. I would say to
try the public library.
