Without knowing the phone company, how do I find out if a land line phone is really having......?

Booker Moros: You cant reallly find out unless you are in touch wth the person wh owns the phone line via another method. The phone company wont give you details about another line. if you ring up and report it as a fault they may attempt to contact he woner of the line but dont expect any feedback.
