What is visual art? and can we say that any visual art is good or bad?

answers1: I work in graphic design and took many many art classes in
college. Art is subject to the beholder. That's what makes it so
great. Each and every person is different. I may look at a Pollock
painting and think its beautful and another person may think that they
could do the same by throwing paint against a wall, but I would look
at it and say YUCK! <br>

Again art is subjective. If you deal in art or are an artist you can't
expect any one reaction to your work. You must be open to praise and
criticism.
